Far North Dallas Residential Sales Report for March

Sales were off but pending sales were up.

Single-Family:

Sales declined by 10% in March. The average sales price increased by 15% and the median sales price by the same 15%. Pending Sales rose 7%. The number of new listings fell 7% while the active listings climbed by 18%. Unfortunately we find the months of inventory still stuck at less than 2 months. Until we see a large increase in the number of active listings over several months, prices will continue to rise and buyers will have a hard time finding a home.

Median Sales Price: $429,000

Pending Sales: 113

New Listings: 138

Active listings: 179

Months of Inventory: 1.9
