Sales and Pending Sales up Strongly!

Single-Family:

Sales of single-Family homes rose 16% in Wylie in February. The average sales price was up 7% while the median sales price climbed by 12%. Pending sales were up a whopping 54%. Looks like March sales will be big. The number of new listings declined by 12% and the active listings by 7%. The months of inventory fell to 1.1 months. A normal supply is 6 months so you can see how difficult it is for a buyer to find a home.
