Sales were off slightly but pending sales to a big jump. It’s still a Seller’s market.
Single-Family:
Sales were off by 5% in November as compared to a year ago, However, pending sales took a big jump of up 32%. We have seen this same occurrence in several other areas. After all is said and done just some monthly gyrations. The average sales price increased 1% while the median sales price rose 4%. Sales continue to be concentrated in the higher price range properties. New listings had a nice increase of 22% but the active listings fell by 12%. This reduced the months of inventory to 1.4 months.
