Richardson TX Residential Sales Report for November

Sales and pending sales were up sharply. It’s very much a Seller’s Market

Single Family:

Single- family sales jumped 68% in November as compared to a year ago. The average sales price was up by 16% while the median sales price increased by 18%. Pendings sales were up by a whopping 68%. New listings rose by 8% but the number of active listings fell by 16%. The months of inventory declined to 0.9 months.

Supply is very short of the 6 months that is considered a balanced supply/demand number. If you are looking to buy a home in Richardson, you better have you a full time Realtor and be available to get into the property as soon as it hits the market!
