FC Dallas unveils plans for $39-million upgrade of Toyota Stadium with museu
FC Dallas revealed Wednesday its plans for a $39-million project at the decade-old stadium, which involve 100,000 square feet of renovated space, new locker rooms, premium seats, a private club, and, most notably, the National Soccer Hall of Fame Museum.
