Single-Family:

Sales were up 29% in Wylie as compared to a year ago. The average Sales price increased by 5% and the median sales price rose by 11%. Sales of new construction are affecting these sales prices. The average sales price of new construction in Wylie over the last 90 days was $351,098 while the average sales price of per-owned homes over the same period was $236,241. It only takes a few sales of new construction to pull the averages up.

Pending sales jumped by 66%. The number of new listings rose by 45% and the active listings were up by 51%. While it’s great to see more inventory the months of inventory only increased to 2.2 months.
