Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for Junec – Carrollton/Farmerd Branch
Sale were Flat in June. Pending Sales however were were up 30% compared to last June. The average sales price 3% while the median sales price rose 3%. The real problem going forward is the inventory. New listings dropped 13% but the active listings decline 34% taking the months of inventory down to 2.3 month.
