Wylie TX Residential Sales Report for January

Sales were up a sharp 36% in Wylie as comp[aired to last January. The average sales price increased 12% and the median sales price increases 10%. Pending sales dropped 1%. The number of new listings declined 4% but the active listings rose 10%. this increased the months of inventory to 1.3 months. This is still well short of the 6 months that is normally considered a balanced supply.

60% of the listings in MLS are new construction.
