Lake Highlands/NE Dallas Residential Sales Report for January

Sales were up 6% as compared to last January. The average sales price increased 11%. The median sales price rose 5%. If you are looking for a home under $200,000, you might want to look in another area. As of this report there are only 2 listings in this area under $200,000. Pending sales fell 27%. As in other areas buyers are having a very hard time finding a property to buy due to the short inventory. The number of new listing dropped a whopping 35% causing a decline of 2% in the active listings. The months of inventory is 1.4 months.
